Women’s Leadership Formation by Radiant Inheritance
FORMED is a 6 or 12-month faith-centered leadership formation experience designed to develop both the woman and the leader.
Our journey moves through:
ROOT → RELEASE → RISE → OWN → LEAD
Through this journey, women will be invited to:
ROOT more deeply into identity, values, faith, purpose, self-awareness, shadow and light, and the woman they are becoming.
RELEASE patterns, beliefs, and ways of leading that no longer serve the season ahead.
RISE into greater confidence, discernment, self-trust, voice, courage, and embodied presence.
OWN their authority, boundaries, influence, responsibility, and power with greater intention.
LEAD with stronger practical skills in communication, decision making, conflict, people leadership, strategy, execution, and change
The goal is not simply to leave FORMED inspired. The goal is transformation we can name.
