I have spent much of my life becoming.

Becoming a woman who trusts her voice. Becoming a leader who understands both people and systems. Becoming a mother who shows her daughter what courage, faith, healing, and possibility can look like. Becoming someone willing to create the spaces I once needed and now believe other women deserve.

I am Jazmyn Gray, founder of Radiant Inheritance.

I am a Professional Women’s Leadership Coach, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Certified Peer and Family Specialist, 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Intuitive Energy Healing Practitioner, financial coach, retreat leader, community builder, and lifelong student of transformation. I am also pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration through Western Governors University, with plans to continue into graduate studies in Healthcare Administration and Public Health.

My life has been shaped by perseverance, faith, leadership, single motherhood, education, healing, and the sacred decision to continue becoming, even when I could not yet see the full picture of who I would become.

My Journey Toward Healing

Radiant Inheritance emerged from a deeply personal journey through disconnection, loneliness, striving, healing, and restoration.

There were seasons when I knew how to accomplish, lead, serve, and keep moving forward, yet felt disconnected from parts of myself that needed tenderness, safety, and room to breathe. My own healing unfolded through a combination of coaching, mentorship, therapy, spiritual formation, wellness practices, and transformative healing experiences.

Each experience offered me something different. Together, they changed the way I viewed the world, the way I understood others, and the way I saw myself.

I began to recognize how much of healing is centered on our behavioral and mental health—and how deeply our spirits also need care. Human beings need places where the mind, body, spirit, identity, faith, and story are welcomed into the same room. We need spaces where healing is allowed to be both practical and sacred.

That realization changed the way I led, the way I served, and the kind of future I wanted to create.

My participatory experiences with “Thinking Into Results” Proctor Gallagher Coaching, Wiseman Coaching, The Way Between Women’s Leadership Development Coaching, and Spur Professional Development Coaching expanded my vision and deepened my understanding of identity, self-awareness, leadership, and transformation. Each experience gave me language for parts of myself I was still discovering and invited me to examine the beliefs shaping my life. They also revealed the importance of ongoing mentorship and the value of having trusted people who continue to challenge, encourage, and call me forward. Through this work, I learned to recognize new possibilities, trust my capacity more deeply, and become increasingly intentional about the woman, leader, and visionary I was becoming.

Their investment showed me what can happen when someone sees beyond who you have been and speaks to who you are becoming.

That kind of investment changes people. It changed me.

How Radiant Inheritance Began

Radiant Inheritance began quietly, through simple acts of beauty and care.

I started by creating thoughtful, handcrafted gifts for friends and staff—small offerings designed to help people feel appreciated, restored, and remembered. Those gifts grew into intentional products and experiences. They became candles, bath salts, scrubs, soaps, journals, and rituals that invited people to pause and care for themselves with greater tenderness.

Then the vision expanded.

I began creating retreats and restorative spaces for my staff and for others whose lives had been shaped by trauma, responsibility, service, and survival. I witnessed what became possible when people were given permission to slow down, feel safe, reconnect with themselves, and receive care without having to earn it.

Those early gatherings became the seeds of Radiant Inheritance.

What began as a gift became an experience. What began as an experience became a vision. And that vision became a sacred commitment to create spaces where women could return to themselves and to God.

Radiant Inheritance was created for the woman who has learned how to keep going, yet longs to feel deeply alive again. It is for the woman who is building, leading, serving, creating, and influencing while sensing that there are still parts of herself waiting to be heard, healed, reclaimed, and fully expressed.

It is a space where women can release survival mode, reconnect with their faith, listen to the wisdom of their bodies, and step into the power, beauty, and wholeness already placed within them.

The Heart of My Work

For years, I have worked at the intersection of behavioral health, recovery, leadership, organizational development, and community transformation. I have built programs, led teams, shaped policy, developed partnerships, secured funding, and created services that help people recognize their power, reclaim their identities, and imagine a future beyond what they have survived.

This work has taught me that leadership begins within.

It begins with the courage to know yourself honestly. It grows through the ability to trust your voice, understand your patterns, honor your values, and remain connected to yourself as your influence expands. It is strengthened through relationships that challenge you, communities that surround you, and spaces that allow you to see yourself more clearly.

Through Radiant Inheritance, I bring together women’s leadership development, identity formation, emotional healing, spiritual reflection, embodied practices, practical skill-building, and meaningful community.

Each coaching experience, retreat, breathwork journey, energy-healing session, and restorative gathering is created with intention. These are spaces where women can exhale, listen inward, tell the truth, deepen their relationship with God, and make room for the lives they desire to create.

FORMED

At the heart of this work is FORMED, a women’s leadership formation experience for women who are building, creating, serving, influencing, and shaping the world around them.

FORMED invites women to explore the deeper questions beneath their leadership:

• Who am I becoming as my influence grows?

• What parts of myself are ready to be reclaimed?

• What patterns emerge when I feel afraid, overwhelmed, challenged, or stretched?

• What becomes possible when I trust my voice?

• How can I lead with confidence while remaining connected to my faith, my body, my values, my community, and myself?

Within FORMED, women strengthen their communication, decision-making, conflict navigation, delegation, strategy, and people-leadership skills. They also deepen their self-awareness, examine the beliefs shaping their choices, and develop a more grounded relationship with their own power.

FORMED reflects what I have learned through my personal healing, professional leadership, education, coaching experiences, spiritual formation, and the people who have invested in me: women transform when they are given the safety, language, support, challenge, and community to encounter themselves fully.

The Inheritance I Am Building

Radiant Inheritance is part of my own becoming. It is also part of the inheritance I am creating with my daughter.

Together, we are building a legacy rooted in beauty, restoration, faith, courage, and generational transformation. I want her to witness what happens when a woman believes the vision placed on her heart is worthy of her devotion. I want her to know she can build, lead, heal, rest, begin again, and pursue her dreams without waiting for permission.

That is the legacy at the center of Radiant Inheritance.

I believe our inheritance is found in the wisdom we reclaim, the cycles we choose to transform, the truth we learn to speak, the gifts we allow ourselves to embody, and the courage we pass forward.

I believe women deserve spaces that honor the fullness of who they are and the magnitude of who they are becoming.

And I believe that when a woman becomes deeply rooted in her identity, confident in her voice, connected to God, and surrounded by a community that sees her clearly, her transformation reaches far beyond her own life.

She transforms her family. She transforms her leadership. She transforms her community. She transforms what becomes possible for every woman who comes after her.

That is Radiant Inheritance.
