Each 9D Breathwork session is a journey.
Here’s what you can expect:
Your session begins with a grounding introduction where you’ll learn the intention of the
practice, the techniques you’ll be using, and how to navigate the experience. This is your
time to set a personal intention and prepare to go deep within yourself.
Guided Introduction
You’ll lie down on a mat, put on a blindfold, and slip into headphones — creating a fully
immersive, multi-sensory environment. You'll be fulled guided through out the journey.
This is your time to let go, explore, and confront what’s holding you back. My space is
designed to allow you to feel fully supported as you release emotions, unlock insights,
and reconnect with your authentic self.
The journey
After the journey, the session concludes with time for reflection and integration. This
is when you’ll process your experience, share insights if you choose, and anchor the
breakthroughs you’ve unlocked. The goal is to carry the transformation from your
session into your daily life, creating lasting change.
